Submitting an RFQ, contact form, career application or supplier registration does not oblige either party, guarantee selection, create employment, establish a partnership, award work or form a contract.
Prices, scope, validity periods, delivery dates, payment terms, taxes, warranties and allocation of risk are binding only when stated in an authorised written quotation, purchase order, subcontract or signed agreement. If website content conflicts with an executed agreement, the executed agreement controls.
This website does not collect payments. Verify bank details and payment instructions directly with an authorised company representative using the contact details published on this website. We do not charge job applicants or supplier applicants a registration fee.
